How will my order ship?

Currently we only ship within the United States via FedEx. All items are shipped fully insured.

When will my order ship?

Items are shipped within 3-4 days after receipt of order unless otherwise noted. We insure all our shipped items.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We do not offer expedited shipping online. If you would like to arrange for expedited shipping please contact our gallery at 603-778-8282. Please note that we do not offer expedited shipping for all items.

What if an item is damaged during shipping?

If an item is damaged during shipping, please do the following:

1) Save all of the packaging including the outside carton. Damaged pieces must be returned with the original packaging.

2) Contact our gallery at (603) 778-8282 with the nature of the problem. We will instruct you what to do with the item and how to proceed with the return.

3) Items can be returned for a full refund minus shipping fees within 30 days after receipt of the damaged item. Please note that Exeter Fine Crafts is not responsible for damaged or lost return shipments or return shipping costs. Items must be returned in unworn or unused condition in original packaging.

Unworn or unused items can be returned for a full refund minus shipping within 30 days after receipt.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our items, some variations may occur. Many items are unique in color, size and shape and may differ slightly from the images depicted.

If you are not satisfied, please package your purchase carefully, enclose a copy of your order receipt and send fully insured within 30 days for a refund to:

Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable. Please ship items in appropriate packaging to avoid damage. Items received by Exeter Fine Crafts damaged due to inadequate packaging will not receive a refund.

Can items purchased online be returned for exchange?

If you would like to exchange an item purchased on our website you may do so within 30 days after purchase. Shipping charges will be applicable for the exchange.

All returns must be made within 30 days for exchange or store credit only. All sale items and custom orders are final sales. Please Note: All returns are subject to inspection. Exeter Fine Crafts reserves the right to refuse a return. Only items in perfect, original, unused condition can be accepted for exchange.
